Enjoy the little things

Happy Easter everyone!

It's the 1st day of Easter right now. This week has been very busy and emotional. As you all know I have my exams (in about 3 weeks now!). This week I had some last tests which were very difficult for me because I couldn't really concentrate due to the fact of my uncle passing away. From Sunday to Monday I slept for about 11 hours. I was so tired! On Monday I stayed home. On the rest of the days I had tests but I also went to Alkmaar a lot. On Wednesday we didn't go to Alkmaar, so I went to the mall together with my mother and sister in law. There we had the first high tea ever for my sister in law. The high tea was in the new part of the mall at the bagels & beans.

One of my friends texted me that day asking me if I had checked the mail already. I hadn't so when we went home I saw an envelope waiting for me. I opened the envelope and I saw a card with a really cute text, in the envelope there were also a lot of hearts that my friend had cut out of paper. This was really cute and made me really happy. 

I think I went to Alkmaar on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. On one of the days my niece brought her baby son. I am not lying if I say I was obsessed with this kid: so cute! On friday I went to Houten and I bought a dress for the cremation, that is on tuesday. My friend also got me a cute little present. She got me highlighters and sticky notes which is really cute and motivational for my exams.

Yesterday we picked up a new dog for my brother and his girlfriend. The woman had lots of cats and dogs.
This is their new dog called "Ziema", though I'm not really sure how you spell this but it means winter in Bulgarian.

And finally today is easter! My brother and his girlfriend visited us today. She is Bulgarian, we always try to mix both cultures with the holidays.  For Raya it was the first time that she got to go easter egg hunting. She decorated all the eggs which was really cute.

Tommorow is the start of a new week which is going to be though because we have to say goodbye to our uncle. I really missed my friends this week so I hope I will see them around the end of this week. Right now I am going to have dinner with my family and watch their little  puppy exploring the world! 

The cute little gifts and messages made me realize that it is going to be pretty though saying goodbye to my friends. Oh well England is not too far away is it?
